Our claim is always "best in class".

We use a 4-step process for this.

Step 1 & 2 focus on the problem description

Step 1 - on-boarding: We describe the issue, reduce it to measurable dimensions and clarify expectations together.

Step 2 - Analysis and Plan:

We work out the actual situation, determine the relationships between the determining in and output factors, carry out a thorough determination of the causes and identify the potential and define necessary measures in a time relation.

Step 3 & 4 focus on implementation, goal achievement and sustainability

Step 3 - Realization & Achievement

The most difficult but also the most important step - we implement the approved findings and steps from Step 2, ensure that goals are achieved, and implement new processes. A special focus in this phase is on training and coaching your employees.

Step 4 - Post Process and Sustainability

We check the success and effectiveness of changed processes, make adjustments if necessary, train and coach your employees again, ensure project documentation and work with your team to develop a continuous improvement process with goals for the next 3/6/12 months.

We then recommend restarting the process.
